About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Executive to join our Key Account Management Team. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with the company's most strategically important customers. You will become an expert in understanding your customer's needs and their challenges through outbound calling and networking. You will also be focused on relationship building and driving revenue growth while ensuring you are the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts.

About the Accountabilities
- Reporting into the Key Account Team Manager, you will develop existing Key Account Customer relationships to drive up revenue, average order value (AOV) and order frequency, whilst maintaining gross profit (GP) margins. This will include elements such as cross selling, add selling etc.
- You will manage your own designated Key Accounts to ensure consistent exceptional service. WOWing customers should be central to your approach and keeping clear, detailed notes from discussions into Hubspot is also vital.
- You will have your finger on the pulse with your KAM customers ensuring you are tracking account performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- You will plan and manage your monthly and quarterly sales strategy of target accounts and outreach plans.
- Provide valuable customer feedback and insights to wider business, including providing future product onboarding through customer feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing and category management teams to develop the right value propositions and product features to expand into your target market.
- Address client issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely resolutions.
- Working towards KPI's for KAM tasks on customer contact to ensure timely responses.
About You
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience in a high-growth B2B business environment.
- Previous key account management experience is desired.
- Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone, verbally and in writing.
- Strong and proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to handle objections and good negotiating experience.
- Resilient, driven, adaptable and able to be a role model for the rest of the sales team.
- Ability to develop and execute account strategies aligned with the business goals and objectives.
- Proficient in analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Fully proficient of Microsoft packages.
- Would suit someone with initiative and drive.
